So far this textbook is very informative and easy to understand, and the chapters are short and manageable, but the font is uncomfortably small. The fonts used for the information in the lists of figures and Activities are especially small. I'm slightly near-sighted and usually have no problem reading without glasses, but with this book I almost need to use an index card or ruler as a guide to get through an assigned chapter. I'm certainly not buying a pair of readers for this single textbook! Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK FOR KINDLE FROM PEARSON. THIS IS THE ONLY BOOK THAT I HAVE PURCHASED THAT DOES NOT OPEN UP INTO READER. EVERY PEARSON BOOK I HAVE PURCHASED TAKES THE MONEY AND THE BOOKS ARE NEVER EASY TO ACCESS. PLEASE IF YOU ARE ON A TIME SCHEDULE DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!!!!!
